The Gimp is a very complex piece of drawing/editing software. It takes a while to get the hang of it (it's interface seems awkward to me). It's also a little buggy (never had a version of Gimp which didn't crash on Windows), but when you need power and your budget is $0, there's nothing like The Gimp!
